Coaching Tips- Short Push

While trying to push short you are required to be in good control.For this before receiving move your right foot in front if you are right handed.

As you approach the ball keep your elbow tucked out for both forehand and backhand.The reason you keep the elbow tucked out since you don't want your arms straighten.


After contact with ball,make sure you step out to be ready for next ball.
